Mario, (born in Salzburg, Austria) founded Liberty in 1991 in Prague, Czech Republic, with a simple vision in mind: To make it the leading independent DMC group. Prashant has over 26 years of experience across Hospitality Operations/Sales/ Marketing & Tourism. Having spent 13+ years in luxury hotels in India, spanning Hyatt International, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts & The Imperial New Delhi where he was involved in Food & Beverage Operations & Sales and later Corporate Sales, He then moved on into Tourism Business and partnered with World’s Largest Privately held Destination Management Company, Liberty International Tourism Group. Where he spearhead the expansion of the brand in Indian Subcontinent and across Middle East. Making the regions one of the key feeder markets for the entire group. Under Liberty’s Umbrella Prashant also established a successful representation business for International Hospitality Brands who were looking for a footprint in South Asia.
